Snazzy book covers to attract teens

on June 29, 2012

As a reader and librarian who shamefully chooses books based on their covers, I think this New York Times article is awesome. I love the redone covers that classics are getting these days, whatever the reason by may. Either to attract teen readers, as the NY Times article states, or to compete with the coverless ebooks (which is are so boring).  I particularly adore the children’s board book editions of Jane Eyre and Pride and Prejudice, etc.
